Custom Cake Studio

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM are scheduled for next-day pickup/delivery, subject to availability.

• Minimum order: 2 lbs for buttercream cakes · 3 lbs for fondant cakes.

• While every effort is made to replicate reference designs accurately, slight variations in colour, decoration, and finishing may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

• Delivery is available for cakes up to 4 lbs only. Deliveries are facilitated through a third-party courier. Glazed shall not be held responsible for delays, damages, failed deliveries, or cancellations caused by the courier.

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all custom cake orders.

• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery. Advance payments for late cancellations may be non-refundable.

• Once collected or delivered, responsibility for proper handling and storage transfers to the customer.

• Please carefully review all order details before confirming.

• During peak seasons and public holidays, limited design modifications may apply.

• Fresh cream and fondant cakes should be stored in a cool environment or refrigerated where applicable.
